Vaak voorkomende problemen
Waarom duurt de eerste hartslagmeting zo lang?
Om je hartslag te testen, moet de meting lang genoeg zijn om je hartslag op een accurate manier te
meten.
Verstoorde Bluetooth-verbindingen (mislukte verbinding of trage verbinding)
Controleer of je telefoon voldoet aan de systeemvereisten: Android 4.4 of hoger en iOS 9.0 of hoger,
met Bluetooth 5.0.
• Vermijd interferentie met andere Bluetooth-apparaten.
• Schakel de Bluetooth op je telefoon uit en aan.
• De app draait op de achtergrond en is misschien niet verbonden.
• Sommige mobiele telefoons kunnen slechts met één Bluetooth-toestel tegelijk verbonden zijn.
Schakel andere Bluetooth-toestellen uit of vergeet ze in de Bluetooth-instellingen van uw
telefoon.
• Schakel op de achtergrond toestaan van de app uit of start je telefoon opnieuw op.
Kan de smartwatch niet vinden?
Indien de telefoon de smartwatch niet kan vinden, zorg er dan voor dat de smartwatch ingeschakeld
is en geactiveerd en niet verbonden met een andere telefoon. Leg de smartwatch en de telefoon
naast elkaar. Als het nog niet werkt, schakel de telefoon uit en wacht 20 seconden om de telefoon
terug in te schakelen. Daarna de Bluetooth van de telefoon opnieuw opstarten.
Waarom moet de smartwatch strak om de pols gedragen worden tijdens het meten?
De smartwatch werkt aan de hand van lichtsensoren om de hartslag te meten. Als de smartwatch
niet strak wordt gedragen is er invloed van omgevingslicht. Dat heeft een negatieve invloed op de
metingen.
Waarom krijg ik geen herinneringen/meldingen?
Voor Android: Zorg ervoor dat de smartphone en de smartphone verbonden zijn en open de
instellingen in uw telefoon. Geef de app TEFITI toegang tot uw oproepen, berichten en adresboek.
Sta de app toe om te draaien op de achtergrond. Als je smartphone bepaalde veiligheidssoftware
heeft, voeg de app TEFITI dan toe aan betrouwbare bronnen.
Voor iPhone: Als er na het verbinden geen herinneringen binnenkomen, is het aan te bevelen om de
telefoon opnieuw op te starten. Bij het verbinden van de smartwatch vanuit de app verschijnt er een
melding ‘Bluetooth pairing request’ en druk ‘Pairing’.
