Deze handleiding beschrijft de installatie en het gebruik van de series Bakerlux™ en Cheflux™.
De modellen van de serie BakerLux™ zijn apparaten voor het bakken van deegproducten en gebakswaren:
brood, koekjes, soezen, croissants, pizza's, focacciabrood, panettonecakes, zuurdesemwaren, etc.
De Bakerlux-modellen bezitten handmatige - Manual - of digitale - Dynamic - bedieningselementen
en worden geleverd met 6 of 10 bakplaten met afmeting 600 x 400 mm.
De modellen van de serie ChefLux™ zijn apparaten die speciaal zijn ontworpen voor het bereiden van
gastronomische producten: gegrild en zonder olie gebakken voedsel, vlees, geroosterde vis en gevogelte,
pizza, focacciabrood, etc.
De Cheflux- modellen bezitten een handmatige bediening - Manual - en worden geleverd in modellen met
7 of 12 bakplaten uit de serie GN 1/1.GN 1/1 SERIES.
De installatie- en gebruiksinstructies
gelden voor alle modellen tenzij dit
anders wordt aangegeven.
