2. Inbetriebnahme
Bedienen
Grundgerät mit Werkzeugen
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch Gerät und Werkzeuge reinigen.
Mit den Werkzeugen wird ein besonders gutes Ergebnis bei folgenden
Anwendungen erreicht:
Rührbesen für ...
... Saucen, Eischnee, Kartoffelpüree, Cremes, Mayonnaise, Rahm und leichte
Teige, wie z. B. Rührteig. Rührbesen sind zur Verarbeitung von schweren
Teigen nicht geeignet.
Knethaken für ...
... feste Massen wie Mürbe-, Hefe- und Kartoffelteig sowie zum Mischen
von schweren Hackfleischteigen, Nudelteig oder Brotteig. Die maximale
Verarbeitungsmenge beträgt 500 g.
Wichtiger Hinweis
– Bei geöffneter Hecköffnung lässt sich das Gerät nur in der
Momentschaltung "M" betreiben. Die Stufenschaltung 1-5 ist nicht in
Funktion. Verschluss der Hecköffnung nur in Schalterposition O/Off öffnen
und schliessen.
– Netzkabel vollständig abwickeln.
– Das gewünschte Werkzeug auf das Grundgerät setzen und bis zum Einras
-
ten andrücken. Form der Kunststoffteile an den Werkzeugen beachten, um
Verwechslungen zu vermeiden.
– Netzstecker einstecken.
– Lebensmittel in ein geeignetes Gefäss einfüllen.
– Werkzeuge in das Gefäss einführen und das Gerät auf gewünschte Stufe
schalten.
Stufe 1, 2: zum Einarbeiten und Untermischen.
Stufe 3, 4, 5: zum Kneten und Schlagen.
– Nach der Arbeit Schalter auf
O/Off stellen und die Werkzeuge mit der Aus-
wurftaste lösen und abnehmen.
Achtung:
– Die Auswurftaste lässt sich nicht betätigen, wenn der Schalter nicht auf
O/Off steht.
Hinweis:
– Grundgerät immer abschalten, bevor es aus dem Mixgut herausgenommen
wird.
