Die eingeschränkte Garantie gilt für Käufe bei autorisierten Händlern
von TurboTronic®.
Die TurboTronic® -Garantie gilt nur für den Erstbesitzer und das
Originalprodukt und ist nicht übertragbar.
TurboTronic® garantiert, dass das Gerät frei von Material- und
Verarbeitungsfehlern ist. Die eingeschränkte Garantie gilt nur, wenn das
Gerät unter normalen Haushaltsbedingungen verwendet und gemäß
den in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Anforderungen
gewartet wird, vorbehaltlich der folgenden Punkte, Bedingungen und
Ausschlüsse:
Was wird durch diese Garantie abgedeckt?
1. Das Originalgerät und/oder Verschleißteile, die nach dem alleinigem
Ermessen von TurboTronic® als defekt angesehen werden, werden
repariert oder ersetzt.
2. TurboTronic® behält sich das Recht vor, das Gerät durch ein gleich-
oder höherwertiges zu ersetzen.
Was wird von dieser Garantie nicht abgedeckt?
1. Normaler Verschleiß von Verschleißteilen (wie z. B. Mixbehälter,
Deckel, Becher, Klingen, Mixerböden, abnehmbare Töpfe, Racks,
Pfannen usw.), die regelmäßig gewartet und/oder ausgetauscht werden
müssen, um die ordnungsgemäße Funktion Ihres Geräts zu
gewährleisten, sind nicht von dieser Garantie abgedeckt.
2. Jedes Gerät, das manipuliert oder für kommerzielle Zwecke
verwendet wurde.
3. Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Missbrauch,
fahrlässige Handhabung, Unterlassung der erforderlichen Wartung (z.
B. Unterlassung, die Vertiefung des Motorsockels von verschütteten
Lebensmitteln und anderen Verunreinigungen freizuhalten) oder
Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Transport verursacht wurden.
