• Indien zich problemen zouden voordoen gedurende 2 jaar na aankoopdatum, welke
gedekt zijn door de fabrieksgarantie, zal TRISTAR het apparaat repareren of
vervangen.
• Uitsluitend materiaal- en/of fabricagefouten zijn voorbegrepen in deze garantie.
TRISTAR is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade:
1) Ten gevolge van een val of ongeluk.
2) Indien het apparaat technisch is gewijzigd door gebruiker of derden.
3) Door oneigenlijk gebruik van het apparaat.
4) Door normale gebruiksslijtage.
• Door eventuele reparatie wordt de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode van 2 jaar niet
verlengd. Deze garantie is slechts geldig op Europees grondgebied. Deze garantie
heft de gebruikersrechten volgens Europese richtlijn 1944/44CE niet op.
• Voor vragen of klachten kunt zich melden bij uw verkooppunt.
• Bewaar altijd uw aankoopbewijs, zonder dit aankoopbewijs kunt u geen aanspraak
maken op enige vorm van garantie.
Aanwijzingen ter bescherming van het milieu
Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet bij het normale huisafval
worden gedeponeerd, maar dient bij een speciaal inzamelpunt voor het
hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten te worden aangeboden.
Het symbool op artikel, gebruiksaanwijzing en verpakking attendeert u hier op. De
gebruikte grondstoffen zijn geschikt voor hergebruik. Met het hergebruik van
gebruikte apparaten of grondstoffen levert u een belangrijke bijdrage voor de
bescherming van ons milieu. Informeer bij uw lokale overheid naar het bedoelde
inzamelpunt.

A Tajine is a bowl in which the prepared dishes are served and a relatively high cone-shaped
(point) cover. When cooking with Tajine the condensation is going back into the dish
The operation of the Tajine you can compare that of a pressure cooker.
A very little oil or fat is needed to prepare dishes in a Tajine
First use
Attach the handle (no.5) on the cover (no.4) and fasten it with the supplied screw.
Before first use the (earth works) Tajine dish has to be soaked in water for 24 hours.
This prevents the Tajine bowl burst during the preparation of dishes
Dry the dish well, and then grease the inside of the bowl and cover with oil.
In low use please soake the Tajine dish before each use for one-hour.
Never immerse the base in water!
Use
Place the Tajine bowl on the heating base and turn it on with the thermostat switch (no.2).
Always make sure the metal guard on the heating element is placed. The red indicator
light(no.1) turns on if the temperature is reached the light goes off. Turn the switch clockwise to
the desired position. The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. During use, the light
turns on and off, this is normal, the preset temperature is constantly adjusted. The device can
spread some smell and smoke spread at first use, this is normal.
Always place the machine in a well ventilated area and on a coaster to prevent damage to the
table. Always avoid dry cooking of the Tajine bowl, the bowl may be damaged.
Use the Tajine for preparing fish, meat, vegetables and fruit. The taste of herbs and other
seasonings added to the preparation in the Tajine get time to properly work together. The
result is a tasty and low fat dish.
Cleaning of the device
The Tajine bowl and the heating base are not dishwasher safe.
Remove before cleaning the power cord from the wall outlet and wait until the device is fully
cooled. Clean the base with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive
cleaners, steel wool or a sanding sponge, which could damage the device.
Never immerse the device in water or other liquid.
Let the Tajine bowl soak in hot water and clean it with a soft brush, Never use harsh and
abrasive cleaners, steel wool or an abrasive sponge; this could damage the enamel of the
Tajine bowl.
