Guarantee
• The device supplied by our Company is covered by 24 month guarantee starting on
the date of purchase (receipt).
• During the life of the guarantee any fault of the device or its accessories to material or
manufacturing defects will be eliminated free of charge by repairing or, at our
discretion, by replacing it. The guarantee services do not entail an extension of the
life of the guarantee nor do they give rise to any right to a new guarantee!
• Proof of the guarantee is provided by the proof of purchase. Without proof of
purchase no free replacement or repair will be carried out.
• If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return the entire machine in
the original packaging to your dealer together with the receipt.
• Damage to accessories does not mean automatic free replacement of the whole
machine. In such cases please contact our hotline. Broken glass or breakage of
plastic parts are always subject to a charge.
• Defects to consumables or parts subject to wearing , as well as cleaning,
maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the guarantee and
hence are to be paid!
• The guarantee lapses in case of unauthorized tampering.
• After the expiry of the guarantee repairs can be carried by the competent dealer or
repair service against the payment of the ensuing costs.

Utilisation et entretien

Retirez tous les emballages de l'appareil.
Vérifiez si la tension de l'appareil correspond à la tension du secteur de votre domicile.
Tension nominale : 220-240V CA 50Hz.
Posez l’appareil sur une surface plate et stable en laissant 10 cm d’espace libre de chaque
côté. Cet appareil ne convient pas à une installation intégrée ou en extérieur.
N'utilisez jamais l'appareil près d'un évier rempli d'eau ou d'autre chose.
Si l'appareil tombe dans l'eau, n'essayez jamais de le tenir, débranchez la fiche du secteur.
N'utilisez jamais l'appareil pour ouvrir des boîtes de conserve remplies de liquides
inflammables.
Avant la première utilisation
Fixez le levier (n°1) sur l'appareil en glissant l' axe dans dans le trou au-dessus de la molette
crantée (n°2) de l'appareil. Attention ! La lame du levier est très aiguisée.
Utilisation
Pivotez le levier (n°1) vers le haut puis placez la boîte de conserve sous l'axe de retenue et
contre la molette crantée (n°2). Appuyez sur le lev ier vers le bas et percez la boîte de
conserve, la machine se mettra en marche. Continuez à appuyer sur le levier, l'appareil
s'arrêtera automatiquement quand le couvercle sera complètement ouvert.
Saisissez la boîte de conserve puis remontez le levier pour retirer le couvercle.
Faites attention à ne pas vous couper en retirant le couvercle qui est très coupant.
La taille de l’ouvre-boîte lui permet également d'ouvrir de grandes boîtes de conserve.
Posez l’ouvre-boîte au bord du plan de travail et tenez-le fermement pour éviter de pencher
l'appareil.
Utilisation de l'affûteuse
Vérifiez que la lame à aiguiser est propre pour ne pas salir le disque de l'affûteuse.
N'essayez pas d'aiguiser de couteaux dentelés ! Pour aiguiser le couteau de manière uniforme,
n'appuyez pas trop fort sur le couteau pendant l'aiguisage. Maintenez le levier (n°1) vers le
bas pour mettre en marche l'appareil.
Mettez la lame (près de la poignée) dans l'ouverture de l'affûteuse (n°4) jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit
en contact avec le disque d'affûtage. Ramenez doucement le couteau de l'ouverture vers vous.
Recommencez cela 4 à 5 fois jusqu'à ce que le couteau soit aiguisé.
Nettoyage
Débranchez l'appareil de la prise électrique.
Retirez le levier (n°1) de la machine et nettoyez-l e à l'eau chaude. Séchez-le complètement
avant de le remettre en place. Attention ! La lame du levier est très aiguisée.
N’immergez pas l'appareil dans de l'eau ou dans d'autres liquides.
Nettoyez l’extérieur de l'appareil avec un torchon humide, puis séchez-le avec un torchon doux
et propre. N'utilisez jamais d'abrasifs.
