Problem

Solution

Device does not operate

- Check power cord and power source

- Check if all parts are assembled correctly

Device stops operating

- Check if there is any excessive food in the

bowl

- Hard kernels need to be removed before

you start the juicing process

- Turn the device “off” and put in reverse

for 3 seconds

- Disassemble the upper part and remove

pulp from the device

- Remove the power cord from the power

source after the device stopped

operating. Remove large parts of food and

clean the device. Plug in the power cord

and resume use.
