1 Monteer het motorblok in het deksel, het
klikt op zijn plaats.
2 Monteer de spoel en de peddel in het
motorblok.
3 Neem de kom uit de vriezer.
4 Plaats de montage van het
motorblok/deksel/spoel/peddel op de kom.
Draai daarna tegen te klok in om op zijn
plaats te vergrendelen.
5 U kunt de ijsmachine nu inschakelen.
HET APPARAAT MOET WORDEN INGESCHAKELD
VOORDAT U DE INGREDIENTEN VAN HET RECEPT
TOEVOEGT OM TE VOORKOMEN DAT HET MENGSEL
ONMIDDELLIJK BEVRIEST AAN DE BINNENKANT VAN
DE KOM.
6 Giet het ijs- of sorbetmengsel door de trechter in
de kom.
Zorg er tijdens het gieten van de mengsels in de
kom voor dat u ten minste 4 cm van de bovenkant
stopt, omdat het volume van het mengsel zal
toenemen tijdens het bevriezen.
7 Laat het mengsel roeren tot het bevroren is en de
gewenste dikte is bereikt. Dit kan tot 20 tot 30
minuten duren, maar de meeste recepten zijn
eerder klaar.
Belangrijk
Het apparaat tijdens het bevriezen niet uitzetten
en weer aanzetten, omdat het mengsel anders in
contact met de kom kan bevriezen en de peddel in
zijn beweging kan belemmeren.
Om te voorkomen dat de motor oververhit raakt,
wordt de draairichting veranderd als het mengsel
te dik wordt. Zet het apparaat uit als de
draairichting herhaaldelijk wordt veranderd,
omdat het mengsel dan klaar is.
In het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat de motor
oververhit raakt, wordt de motor door een
veiligheidsinrichting uitgezet. Als dit gebeurt, zet
het apparaat dan uit, trek de stekker uit het
stopcontact en laat het motorblok afkoelen.
