Once ready, flatten it with a rolling pin. Add the tomato pulp, dripped and cut in small pieces, and

seasoned with a pinch of salt and oil.

Warm up the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, then put the pizza inside.

After 2-3 minutes add the mozzarella cheese (preferably the one made for pizza, as it contains less liquid)

and bake for another 2-5 minutes.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down before cleaning it.

Clean the body of the appliance with simple wet cloth.

Do not wash the firestone.

Never clean the firestone with oil, water or detergent, but use just a spatula or a wet cloth.

It is a normal event for the firestone to change colour, as it is a natural product.

Do not use any kind of liquid inside the appliance.

Never immerse the appliance or its power cord in water, and never put in the washing machine.

Never use sharp or pointy objects to clean the appliance, to avoid damage.
