VARIATIONER PÅ PASTA

Pasta verde (med spenat)

Pasta verde görs med spenat för att få en grön färg. Tillsammans med äggen, tillsätt en mindre mängd (±

25 g) av kokad, väl pressad, finhackad spenat.

Svart pasta

Den här varianten är gjort med bläckfisk bläck. Tillsätt en tesked av bläck per 100 g mjöl / 1 ägg och

blanda det med äggen.

Röd pasta

Röd pasta är gjord med saft från rödbetor (kokvatten från rödbeta). Tillsätt vatten (± 25 g), tillsammans

med äggen, till mjölet.
