Bereidingstijd: 14 tot 18 minuten
- 2 middelgrote aardappelen
1. Om de frietjes te maken, snijdt u de aardappelen in staafjes van 1 cm.
2. Plaats het bovenste rooster in de glazen ovenschaal. Verspreid de
aardappelen gelijkmatig over het rooster. Indien u dit wenst, kunt u een
klein beetje olie over de frietjes sprenkelen om ze extra krokant te maken.
3. Stel de oven in op 230˚C en laat de aardappelen 14 tot 18 minuten
bakken.
Aardappelen in de schil
Goed voor 4 porties
Bereidingstijd: 35 tot 40 minuten
- 4 middelgrote bakaardappelen, gewassen
- 4 koffielepels boter of margarine bij kamertemperatuur
- knoflook, zout naar smaak
- zwarte peper naar smaak
1. droog de aardappelen af met keukenpapier. Prik met een vork
verschillende gaatjes in de aardappelschil. Wrijf elke aardappel in met een
koffielepel boter. Besprenkel met de gewenste hoeveelheid knoflook, zout en
peper. Wikkel elke aardappel in aluminiumfolie.
2. Plaats het metalen rooster in de glazen ovenschaal. Leg de aardappelen
rechtstreeks op het rooster; stel de oven in op 205˚C. Bak 35 tot 40 minuten
of tot u een vork met gemak in het midden van de aardappel kunt duwen.

Goed voor 4 porties
Bereidingstijd: 20 minuten tot 25 minuten
- 450 gram, zoals zoete aardappelen, aubergine, courgette, gele pompoen,
uien, tomaten
- 3 eetlepels groenteolie
- ½ koffielepel knoflook
- zout en peper naar smaak
1. Was en droog de groenten. Snijd in blokjes van 1x5 cm
