BBQ Spareribs
Goed voor 2 porties
Marineertijd: minstens 2 uur
Bereidingstijd: 15 tot 20 minuten
- 1 kg Spareribs, ontvet
- 10 groene uien
Marinade:
- 2 eetlepels witte wijn
- 2 eetlepels sojasaus
- 1 koffielepel knoflookzout
- ½ kop hoisinsaus
- 1 kleine ui, gepeld en versnipperd
- 2 teentjes knoflook, gepeld en versnipperd
- peper naar smaak
1. Snijd de ribbetjes in stukken van 5 cm.
2. Bereid de marinade: meng de wijn, sojasaus, het knoflookzout, de
hoisinsaus, de ui, het knoflook en de peper in een glazen kom. Voeg de
ribbetjes en groene uien toe. Dek af en laat minstens 2 uur in de koelkast
staan.
3. Plaats het metalen rooster in de glazen ovenschaal. Stel de oven in op
200˚C. Haal de ribbetjes en groene uien uit de marinade en plaats ze
rechtstreeks op het rooster. Laat 15 tot 20 minuten roosteren. Kijk
aandachtig na 15 minuten!

Bereidingstijd: 60 minuten
Bevroren: 90 minuten
Heel vaak komt het voor dat meer dan één kip nodig is voor een maaltijd. In
de Comfortcook combi halogeen oven kunnen ongeveer tegelijkertijd 2
kippen worden bereid.
- 2 kippen, 1.3 tot 1.8 kg
1. Breng op smaak aan de binnen- en buitenkant met zout, peper,
kippenkruiden of andere smaken zoals rozemarijn.
2. Plaats op het onderste rooster met de borstkant naar beneden en laat
gedurende 30 minuten braden bij 240˚C.
Draai de kippen om, van binnen nar buiten. Dit is heel belangrijk.
