nowego aparatu. Gwarancja na baterie jest ograniczona do 6 miesi™cy od daty zakupu. Cz™∂ci podlegajåce zu†yciu i
uszkodzenia majåce nieistotny wp∆yw na dzia∆anie albo warto∂ç urzådzeµ nie så obj™te gwarancjå.
Prawo do gwarancji nale†y potwierdziç, okazujåc oryginalny rachunek lub paragon z datå zakupu oraz nazwå
zakupionego modelu.
2. SPOSÓB REALIZACJI GWARANCJI
Wadliwe urzådzenie nale†y zwróciç do punktu us∆ugowego firmy Topcom, za∆åczajåc wa†ny dokument zakupu.
Je†eli urzådzenie wyka†e wady w czasie obj™tym gwarancjå, firma Topcom albo autoryzowany punkt us∆ugowy
dokona bezp∆atnie naprawy wszystkich defektów spowodowanych wadami materia∆u lub b∆™dami fabrycznymi.
Topcom spe∆ni warunki gwarancji, dowolnie albo dokonujåc naprawy wadliwego urzådzenia albo wymieniajåc
urzådzenie lub jego wadliwe cz™∂ci. W wypadku wymiany, kolor i model mogå ró†niç si™ od pierwotnie zakupionego
urzådzenia.
Pierwotna data zakupu wyznacza poczåtek okresu gwarancyjnego. Okres gwarancyjny nie podlega wyd∆u†eniu przy
wymianie lub naprawie urzådzenia przez firm™ Topcom albo przez jej autoryzowane punkty us∆ugowe.
3. WYJÅTKI W OBOWIÅZYWANIU GWARANCJI

oraz uszkodzeµ spowodowanych u†yciem nieoryginalnych cz™∂ci lub akcesoriów, które nie så zalecane przez

Uszkodzenia spowodowane u†yciem baterii jednorazowych nie så obj™te gwarancjå.
Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeµ powsta∆ych w wyniku dzia∆ania czynników zewn™trznych, takich jak wy∆adowania
atmosferyczne, woda i ogieµ, a tak†e uszkodzeµ powsta∆ych w czasie transportu.
