10. GARANTIA
• Este equipo viene con una garantía de 24 meses. La garantía se aplicará
con la presentación de la factura original o el recibo, proporcionando la
fecha de la compra y el tipo de unidad.
• Durante el periodo de garantía Topcom reparará gratis cualquier defecto
debido a fallos de material o fabricación. Topcom cumplirá a su propia
discreción su obligaciones de garantía reparando o cambiando el equipo
defectuoso.
• Cualquier reclamación en garantía se invalidará como consecuencia de la
intervención del comprador o de terceras partes no cualificadas.
• Los daños causados por tratamiento o funcionamiento inexperto,
y daños resultantes del uso de piezas o accesorios distintos de los
originales no recomendados por Topcom no están cubiertos por la
garantía.
• La garantía no cubre los daños causados por factores externos, como
rayo, inundación o fuego, ni se aplica si los números del aparato se han
cambiado, quitado o quedado ilegibles.
Nota: Por favor no olvide adjuntar su recibo si devuelve el equipo.
