3. Manual Mode
Druk op UP of DOWN om de manuele trainingsmodus te selecteren, druk op MODE om te
bevestigen.
Druk op UP of DOWN om TIJD, AFSTAND, CALORIES, PULSE in te stellen en druk op
MODE om te bevestigen (Afbeelding 3-6).
Druk op START/STOP om de training te starten. Druk op UP of DOWN om het LOAD-niveau
in te stellen (1~32).
Druk op de START/STOP toets om de training te pauzeren. Druk op RESET om terug te
keren naar het hoofdmenu.

4. Beginner Modus
Druk op UP of DOWN om de Beginnersmodus te selecteren en druk op MODE om te
bevestigen.
Druk op UP of DOWN om Beginner 1~4 te kiezen (afbeelding 7) en druk op MODE om te
bevestigen.
Druk op UP of DOWN om TIME in te stellen en druk op START/STOP om de training te
starten.
Druk vervolgens op UP of DOWN om het weerstandsniveau in te stellen.
Druk op START/STOP om de training te pauzeren. Druk op RESET om terug te keren naar
het hoofdmenu.
