Passen Sie gut auf Ihren TomTom auf
Lassen Sie Ihren TomTom oder dessen Zubehör deshalb niemals sichtbar im
abgestellten Auto liegen, um es Dieben nicht unnötig leicht zu machen.
Sie können Ihren TomTom mit einem Passwort schützen, das dann bei jedem
Start Ihres TomTom eingegeben werden muss.
Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Ihren TomTom schützen.
• Ihr TomTom ist nicht für extreme Temperaturen ausgelegt und kann unter
solchen Bedingungen dauerhaft beschädigt werden.
• Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse Ihres TomTom unter keinen Umständen. Dies kann
gefährlich sein und führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie.
• Verwenden Sie ein weiches Tuch, um das Display Ihres TomTom
abzuwischen oder abzutrocknen. Verwenden Sie keine flüssigen
Reinigungsmittel.
Lichtsensor
Ihr TomTom erfasst mithilfe eines Lichtsensors die Stärke der
Umgebungshelligkeit; dadurch kann er die Displayhelligkeit automatisch
anpassen und ebenso automatisch zur Nachtansicht wechseln.
Um diese Änderungen mithilfe des Lichtsensors vorzunehmen, tippen Sie
bitte im Menü Einstellungen auf Helligkeitseinstellungen. Dort können Sie
zwischen den folgenden Optionen wählen:
• Bei Dunkelheit Helligkeit reduzieren
• Bei Dunkelheit zu Nachtansicht wechseln
Nachtansicht mit Scheinwerfern verbinden
Wenn Sie in den Einstellungen Ihres Autoradios Nachtansicht mit
Scheinwerfern verbinden aktivieren, wechselt Ihr TomTom zur Nachtansicht,
sobald Sie die Scheinwerfer Ihres Autos einschalten. Weitere Informationen
