9.2 Vérification avant renvoi

Un disfonctionnement du combiné peut être lié à une mauvaise installation ou un défaut du système DECT principal.

Avant de renvoyer un combiné en réparation, assurez-vous que le système principal fonctionne correctement.

9.3 Garantie

Les combinés sont couverts par une garantie constructeur, à l’exception des batteries. La durée de vie d’une batterie

dépend uniquement de l’intensité d’utilisation du combiné.

La garantie devient caduque dans les cas suivants :

• Le combiné est exposé à l’eau ou à la limaille de fer

• Le combiné est mal utilisé ou a reçu un choc

• Le combiné à été ouvert
