Term of guarantee
TIME offers a standard bring-in guarantee on all its products. As the properties and intensity of use differ per product,
different terms of guarantee apply per product group.
Claiming a guarantee
If you wish to return a TIME product for a repair or under the terms of guarantee, please contact the TIME Consumer
Information Center first, via +800 0475 0475. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase close at hand when contacting
the Center. We cannot accept any products returned without prior telephone contact.
Outside guarantee
If repairs have to be carried out that are not covered by the terms of the guarantee the costs involved, after the quotation has
been agreed, will be charged. If the quotation is not agreed, any time required to investigate the problem and/or transport
costs will be charged according to the rates mentioned on www.time.nl.

Exemptions
The TIME guarantee covers all factory defects of the product itself. The guarantee does not cover any accessories such as
batteries, head phones etc. The liability of TIME Consumer Electronics is limited to the repair costs and/or replacement of
the product under guarantee.
The guarantee is invalid if the defect (in whichever way) has been caused by incorrect use, neglect and falsification or
incorrect settings. The guarantee expires if unauthorised persons carry out any repairs or make any modifications to the
product.
The guarantee is also invalid in the following situations:
• With breakages and mechanical damage;
• With repairs to damage caused by incorrect installation or use:
• With repairs to parts from which the serial number has been removed;
• If additional devices/equipment, not supplied or recommended by TIME, cause problems and/or damage to the TIME
product.
A number of products are covered by an additional guarantee. This is stated on
www.time.nl together with the product
specifications. The conditions applying with these additional terms of guarantee are described on www.time.nl.
