17 Garanti

Thetford BV tilbyr sluttbrukerne av sine produkter

en tre-års garanti. I tilfelle feil i garantiperioden, vil

Thetford bytte eller reparere produktet etter eget

forgodtbefinnende. I så fall vil byttekostnadene,

arbeidskostnadene for bytte av defekte deler og/

eller kostnadene for delene bli betalt av Thetford.

1. For å fremsette krav under denne garantien,

må brukeren bringe produktet til forhandleren

eller et autorisert Thetford Servicesenter

(www.thetford-europe.com). Kravet vil bli

vurdert der.

2. Deler som byttes under garantireparasjon blir

Thetfords eiendom.

3. Denne garantien har ingen innvirkning på

gjeldende forbrukervern-lover.

4. Denne garantien er ikke gyldig når det

gjelder produkter som er for, eller brukes for,

kommersielle formål.

5. Garantikrav som faller i en av følgende

kategorier vil ikke bli akseptert:

•produktetharværtbruktfeil,ellerinstruksene

ibruksanvisningenerikkefulgt;•produkteter

ikkeinstallertisamsvarmedinstruksene;•det

ergjortendringerpåproduktet;•produkteter

reparert av et uautorisert Thetford Servicesenter;

•produktkodenellerserie-IDenerblittendret;

•produkteterblittskadetunderomstendigheter

som ligger utenfor den normale bruken av

produktet.

6. Garantien er bare gyldig for Thetford-kjøleskap

som er bygd inn i husvogn av motorhome.

Thetford er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle tap

og/eller skader som er direkte eller indirekte

forårsaket av bruken av kjøleskapet.

Thetford er ikke ansvarlig for trykkfeil og forbeholder seg retten til å foreta

endringer i produktspesifikasjoner uten forhåndsvarsel.
