17 Garantie

Thetford BV offre aux utilisateurs de ses

produits une garantie de trois ans. En cas de

dysfonctionnement pendant la période de

garantie, Thetford procédera à la réparation ou

au remplacement de l’appareil. Dans ce cas, les

coûts de remplacement, la main d’oeuvre pour le

remplacement des composants défectueux et/ou

les coûts des pièces elles-mêmes seront pris en

charge par Thetford.

1. Pour effectuer une réclamation sous cette

garantie, l’utilisateur doit apporter le produit à son

revendeur ou dans un centre de service Thetford

(www.thetford-europe.com). La réclamation sera

évaluée par leurs soins.

2. Les composants remplacés lors de la réparation

sous garantie deviennent la propriété de Thetford.

3. Cette garantie ne porte pas préjudice aux

protections légales actuelles dont bénéficient les

consommateurs.

4. Cette garantie n’est pas valable dans le cas où

les produits sont destinés à, ou utilisés à des fins

commerciales.

5. Les réclamations de garantie concernant l’une

des catégories suivantes ne seront pas acceptées :

•leproduitaétémalutilisé,oulesinstructionsdu

manueln’ontpasétésuivies;•leproduitn’apas

étéinstalléconformémentauxinstructions;•des

modificationsontétéapportéesauproduit;•le

produit a été réparé par un technicien non agréé

sérieaétémodifié;•leproduitaétéendommagé

dans des circonstances extérieures à l’utilisation

normale du produit.

6. La garantie est valable uniquement pour

les réfrigérateurs Thetford intégrés dans les

véhicules de loisirs.

Thetford ne peut être tenu responsable de toute

perte et/ou dommages causés directement ou

indirectement par l’utilisation du réfrigérateur.

Thetford ne peut être tenu responsable des erreurs d’impression et se

réserve le droit d’apporter toute modification aux spécifications du produit

sans préavis.
