3.2 Verlichting aanschakelen

• Druk eenmaal op de ON/OFF toets.

• De verlichting schakelt bij duisternis automatisch aan.

• Het apparaat is nu bedrijfsgereed.

3.3 Plaatsing

• Zoek een schaduwrijke tegen regen beschermde plaats.

• Hang het apparaat zo op dat het zonnepaneel zoveel mogelijk licht

opvangt (D).

4. Gebruik

4.1 Verlichting

• De zonnecellen laden de bijgeleverde oplaadbare batterij milieuvrien-

delijk weer op.

Opgelet:

De oplaadbare 1,2 V batterij voor de achtergrondverlichting is in leve-

ringstoestand niet volledig geladen. Voor een maximaal vermogen is het

raadzaam de oplaadbare batterij voor het eerste gebruik op een zonnige

dag via het zonnepaneel volledig te laten opladen.

• Kies de standplaats zo, dat het zonnepaneel overdag licht kan opne-

men zodat langdurig voor voldoende stroom wordt gezorgd.

• Onder optimale omstandigheden is de accu na ongeveer 20 uur volle-

dig opgeladen.

• Het apparaat beschikt over een lichtsensor en zet bij duisternis de ver-

lichting automatisch aan. Vermijd daarom de nabijheid van kunstlicht

(bijv. straatlantaarns).

• In de herfst en de winter kan de werking van de verlichting door een

geringere intensiteit van de zon en de kortere tijd dat de zon schijn,

negatief beïnvloedt worden.

• Op donkere dagen kan het ook gebeuren dat de verlichting 's nachts

niet inschakelt.

3. Inbedrijfstelling

3.1 Instelling luchtdruk

Belangrijk: voor het ingebruikname instellen! (Fig. 1+2)

• De barometer moet voor het gebruik eerst op uw plaatselijke hoogte

worden ingesteld. Informeer u over de actuele luchtdruk in uw omge-

ving (meteorologisch instituut, internet, opticien, geijkte weerstations

aan openbare gebouwen, luchthaven). Verwijder de rubberen kap van

de opening van de instelschroef en draai de stelschroef met een kleine

schroevendraaier voorzichtig tot de waarde overeenstemt met de

opgevraagde waarde. Draai niet te ver door! Door licht te kloppen en

bij te stellen bereikt u een nog grotere precisie.

• Plaats de rubberen kap weer op de opening van de instelschroef. Zorg

ervoor dat de rubberen kap juist geplaatst is en dat er geen water kan

indringen.
