Subwoofer controls
Q
On/Standby
With this button, you can select whether the
subwoofer is fully operational or on standby. In
“Standby” mode, LED 3 is red until you press the
button
Q
at which point the subwoofer is acti-
vated and the LED changes to green.
W
Level
This controls the subwoofer's volume. Press the
“Level +” button to increase the volume, or press
the “Level -” button to reduce the volume. Whenever
you change the volume, LED 3 is ashing rapidly.
E
Frequency
This button unlocks the frequency control on the
subwoofer's real panel. If the frequency is con-
trolled manually from the rear panel, LED 1 is off.
When the subwoofer is in “Full Range mode and
the manual frequency control is disabled, LED 1 is
red. This is the recommended setting if you are
running the subwoofer off an AV receiver.
R
Phase
Press this button to change the phase of the sub-
woofer signal from “0 degrees (LED 2 is off) to
“180 degrees (LED 2 is green). You cannot adjust
the phase if the subwoofer is set to “Fullrange”.
This means as long as LED 1 is active LED 2 will be
off.
T
Mute
Press this button to instantly mute the subwoofer.
While the subwoofer is muted, LED is green and
ashing. Press the button again to unmute the
signal and return the subwoofer to its operation-
al state (LED 3 is permanently green).
Remote control
The M 6200 SW subwoofer is controlled entirely
via the supplied infrared remote control. All the
different settings are indicated by the LEDs on
the front of the cabinet.
