DESLIGAR
O termómetro entra automaticamente em modo de espera ao fim de 30 segundos, caso nenhum botão seja premido.
MANUTENÇÃO
Limpe a sonda do termómetro com um algodão embebido em álcool após cada utilização. Não utilize substâncias
abrasivas. Não mergulhe o termómetro em água ou qualquer outro líquido, dado que apenas a sonda é
impermeável.
PRECAUÇÕES DE UTILIZAÇÃO
1. Medir a temperatura é equivalente a controlá-la. Este facto não autoriza a estabelecer um diagnóstico nem a
prescrever um tratamento. Uma temperatura anormalmente elevada ou baixa deve ser comunicada ao médico
assistente. Não alterar, em caso algum, as dosagens dos medicamentos prescritos pelo médico.
2. Não deixar cair nem partir o termómetro.
3. Não deixar ao alcance das crianças.
4. Não expor o termómetro à luz solar directa nem colocar perto de uma fonte de calor. Conservar o termómetro num
local seco e limpo.
5. Não mergulhar o termómetro em água ou qualquer outro líquido.
6. O Thermo Color apenas foi concebido para medir a temperatura auricular, frontal e ambiente. Não utilizar para
medir a temperatura rectal, oral ou axilar.
7. Não tocar na extremidade da sonda com o dedo.
8. Não medir a temperatura a menos de 30 minutos depois de ter comido, feito exercício ou tomado banho.
9. Espaçar as medições de temperatura pelo menos em um minuto. Duas medições de temperatura sucessivas
podem originar resultados ligeiramente diferentes. Nesse caso, utilize a média das duas.
Como seleccionar uma unidade de medição de temperatura (Fahrenheit F° ou Celsius C°)
Com o aparelho desligado, premir o botão Ligar/Desligar «START» para ligar o aparelho. Todos os elementos do ecrã
são apresentados seguidos por «--». Prima rapidamente o botão Ligar/Desligar «START» (antes da apresentação da
última medição) para comutar entre uma unidade e a outra.
