7.PROTEÇÕESDOCARREGADORDEBATERIAS

O carregador de baterias protege-se automaticamente no caso de:

- Sobrecarga (excessivo abastecimento de corrente para a bateria).

- Curto-circuito (pinças de carga colocadas em contato entre si).

- inversão de polaridade nos bornes da bateria.

Nos aparelhos equipados com fusíveis, para a substituição, é

obrigatório o uso de peças sobressalentes iguais com o mesmo valor

de corrente nominal.

ATENÇÃO:Substituir o fusível com valores de corrente diferentes

daqueles indicados na placa, poderá provocar danos a pessoas

ou coisas. Pelo mesmo motivo, evite na maneira mais absoluta a

substituição do fusível com pontos de cobre ou outro material.

A operação de substituição do fusível deve ser executada sempre

com o o de alimentação DESPRENDIDO da rede.

8.CONSELHOSÚTEIS

- Limpe o borne positivo e o negativo de possíveis incrustações de

óxido de modo a garantir um bom contacto das pinças.

- Evite da forma mais absoluta de colocar em contacto as duas

pinças quando o carregador de baterias estiver introduzido na

rede. Neste caso haverá a queima do fusível.

- Se a bateria com a qual se quer usar este carregador de baterias

estiver permanentemente ligada num veículo, consulte também

o manual de instruções e/ou de manutenção do veículo no item

“INSTALAÇÃO ELÉCTRICA” ou “MANUTENÇÃO”.
