FAX/TEL-Umschaltung
Diese Option ermöglicht dem T-Fax 374L festzustellen, ob ein Anruf
von einem Telefon oder Faxgerät kommt. Ist der Anruf von einem
Faxgerät, wird die Übertragung automatisch empfangen. Ist der Anruf
von einem Telefon, klingelt das T-Fax 374L, um Sie auf den Anruf
aufmerksam zu machen. Durch diese Option kann eine Leitung für
das Telefon und Fax genutzt werden.
FEIN
Die Auflösung für Dokumente mit kleinen Zeichen und Zeilen.
Foto
Die Dokumenteinstellung, die Sie zum Senden und Kopieren von
Dokumenten mit Farbschattierungen, wie z.B. Fotos, verwenden.

G3, Faxgerät der Gruppe 3
Definiert von CCITT. Verwendet Codierungssysteme zur Übertragung
von Abbildungsdaten bei gleichzeitiger Reduzierung der Datenmenge,
die übertragen werden muß. Dadurch wird die Übertragungszeit
verringert. G3-Geräte können eine Seite in weniger als einer Minute
übertragen. Codierungssysteme für G3-Faxgeräte sind Modified
Huffman/MH), Modified READ (MR) und Modified Modified READ
(MMR).

Gruppenwahl
Ermöglicht das Wählen von bis zu 115 gespeicherten Ziel- oder
Kurzwahlnummern in einem Durchgang. Sie müssen also nur eine bis
drei Tasten drücken, um das gleiche Dokument an viele Empfänger zu
senden.

Halbtöne
Durch diese Methode erstellt das T-Fax 374L Grautöne oder
Farbnuancen, indem es zu druckende Punkte abbildet. Bei Farbdruck
werden verschiedene Farbpunkte der Tinte dicht zusammen gedruckt,
so daß sie wie eine neue Farbe wirken.
