Probleme mit der Druckqualität
Entspricht die Druckqualität nicht Ihren Vorstellungen, können
Sie folgende Lösungsvorschläge ausprobieren.
Problem Häufigste Ursache Maßnahme
Der Ausdruck is
verschmiert
Der Ausdruck
weist weiße
Streifen auf
Sie drucken auf der falschen
Papierseite.
Die Tonerpatrone ist fast leer
oder der Toner ist nicht richtig
verteilt.
Bei vielen Papiersorten ist eine
Seite besser zum Drucken geeignet.
Ist dies bei Ihrem Papier der Fall,
sollte die richtige Seite nach oben
zeigen. Ist keine korrekte Seite zum
Drucken offensichtlich, versuchen
Sie, das Papier von der anderen
Seite zu bedrucken.
Befolgen Sie diese Schritt:
1. Öffnen Sie die vordere
Abdeckung, und nehmen Sie
die Tonerpatrone heraus.
2. Bewegen Sie die Patrone fünf
oder sechs Mal vorsichtig von
einer Seite auf die andere, um
den Toner gleichmäßig zu
verteilen.
3. Setzen Sie die Patrone wieder
in das Gerät ein.
4. Schließen Sie die Abdeckung,
und drucken Sie erneut.
Ersetzen Sie die Patrone, wenn das
Problem nicht gelöst ist.
