Dokumente manuell empfangen: Der Modus
MANUELLER EM
Um den Modus MANUELLER EM auszuwählen, siehe
Seite 6-3.
Zum manuellen Empfang müssen Sie ein externes Telefon
anschließen. Im manuellen Modus klingelt Ihr Telefon bei
jedem Anruf, egal ob von einem Telefon oder einem Faxgerät.
Wenn Sie Ihr T-Fax 374L im manuellen Modus betreiben,
beantworten Sie Anrufe wie folgt:
1. Nehmen Sie den Hörer des externen Telefons ab, wenn
dieses klingelt.
Wenn Sie eine Stimme hören:
2. Telefonieren Sie normal. Möchte der Anrufer später ein Fax
senden, bitten Sie ihn, die Start-Taste auf dem Gerät zu
drücken. Bleiben Sie am Apparat, bis Sie einen langsamen
Piepton hören. Drücken Sie dann START/KOPIE, um das
Dokument zu empfangen.
Wenn Sie einen langsamen Piepton oder nichts hören:
2. Ein Faxgerät versucht, Ihnen ein Dokument zu senden.
Drücken Sie START/KOPIE an Ihrem T-Fax 374L. Legen
Sie dann auf.
-oder-
Geben Sie den zweistelligen ID-Code über das externe
Telefon ein und legen Sie auf.
Beisp:
❏ Das T-Fax 374L empfängt das Dokument.
❏ Wenn Sie Dokumente empfangen möchten, indem Sie
über das Telefon einen zweistelligen Code eingeben,
müssen Sie FERNEMPFANG einstellen. Nähere
Angaben dazu finden Sie auf Seite 12-10 und 12-11.
