Benutzen der Gruppenwahl
Zum Versenden eines Dokuments an eine Gruppe von
Rufnummern befolgen Sie die folgenden Anweisungen.

Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Sie den Dokumenteinzugshebel vor
dem Einlegen des Dokuments richtig einstellen. Näheres dazu
siehe Seite 5-6.
1. Bereiten Sie das Dokument vor und legen Sie es mit der
Schriftseite nach unten in den Dokumenteinzug.
❏ Falls nötig, können Sie auch Auflösung und Kontrast
einstellen. Näheres dazu siehe Seite 5-13.
2. Drücken Sie die entsprechende(n) Zielwahltaste(n) oder
geben Sie die entsprechende(n) Kurzwahlnummer(n) ein.

❏ Der unter dieser Zielwahlnummer oder diesem Code
gespeicherte Name erscheint im Display. Ist kein Name
gespeichert, wird GRUPPENWAHL angezeigt.
❏ Wenn Sie bei der Auswahl der Gruppe einen Fehler
machen, drücken Sie die Taste

(STOP) und beginnen
Sie von vorn.
❏ Wenn Sie eine Zielwahl- oder Kurzwahltaste drücken,
unter der keine Gruppe (oder Rufnummer) gespeichert
ist, erscheint die Meldung KEINE RUFNR. im Display.
Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Sie die richtige
Zielwahltaste gedrückt bzw. den richtigen Code
eingegeben haben und daß die gewünschte Gruppe
richtig unter dieser Taste bzw. unter diesem Code
gespeichert wurde.
