Fehlersuche
Problem Häufigste Ursache Maßnahme

Sollten die hier vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen das Problem nicht
beseitigen, schalten Sie Ihr T-Fax 362 PC aus. Warten Sie ca. fünf
Sekunden und schalten Sie es erneut ein. Ist der Fehler nicht
behoben, setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem nächsten autorisierten
Telekom-Fachhändler oder Service in Verbindung. Wenn der
Netzstecker herausgezogen wird, werden alle im Speicher
befindlichen Dokumente gelöscht.

Drucken Sie ein Journal und
prüfen Sie die Fehler-Nummer.

Stellen Sie sicher, daß der
Wählton hörbar ist, wenn Sie
den Hörer abnehmen. Setzen Sie
sich sonst mit Ihrer
Telefongesellschaft in
Verbindung.
Stellen Sie sicher, daß das
Empfängergerät kompatibel mit
dem T-Fax 362 PC ist (ein G3-
Gerät).
Prüfen Sie Ihr T-Fax 362 PC,
indem Sie eine Kopie machen. Ist
die Kopie deutlich, liegt der
Fehler eventuell beim Gerät des
Empfängers.
Entfernen Sie das Dokument und
legen Sie es dann wieder richtig
in den automatischen
Dokumenteinzug (ADF) ein.

Verfügt das empfangende
Faxgerät nicht über ECM, sendet
das T-Fax 362 PC das Dokument
im Normal-Modus ohne
Fehlerüberwachung.
Während des
Sendevorgangs ist
ein Fehler aufgetreten.
Die Telefonleitung ist
gestört.
Das Telefax des
Empfängers ist kein
G3-Gerät.
Das Gerät des
Empfängers arbeitet
nicht richtig.
Das Dokument wurde
nicht richtig in den
automatischen
Dokumenteinzug (ADF)
eingelegt.
Das empfangende
Faxgerät verfügt nicht
über ECM.
