Rundsenden
Mit Hilfe des T-Fax 362 PC können Sie Ihr Dokument an bis
zu 57 Rufnummern senden. Dabei kann jede Kombination der
unten aufgeführten Wahlverfahren verwendet werden:
❏ Zielwahl: bis zu sechs Empfänger
❏ Kurzwahl: bis zu 50 Empfänger
❏ Manuelle Wahl: nur ein Empfänger
(mit den numerischen Tasten)
Sie können die Empfänger über die Zielwahl und Kurzwahl
in jeder beliebigen Reihenfolge eingeben. Sie können auch
einen Empfänger manuell über die numerischen Tasten
eingeben.
Befolgen Sie folgende Schritte, um ein Dokument an mehr als
eine Gegenstelle zu senden:

1. Bereiten Sie das Dokument vor und legen Sie es in den
automatischen Dokumenteinzug (ADF) ein. Stellen Sie die
Auflösung wie unter “Einlegen des Dokuments” auf Seite
4-5 beschrieben ein.
2. Geben Sie bis zu 57 Rufnummern auf folgende Weise ein:
❏ Zielwahl: drücken Sie die gewünschte(n)
Zielwahltaste(n).
❏ Kurzwahl: drücken Sie Kurzwahl und geben Sie den
zweistelligen Code über die numerischen Tasten ein
(drücken Sie Kurzwahl vor jedem Code).
❏ Manuelle Wahl: geben Sie die Rufnummer über die
numerischen Tasten ein. Drücken Sie dann
Start/Kopie, um die Rufnummer in der Sendeliste
aufzunehmen. (Sie können nur eine Nummer manuell
eingeben.)
