Manuelles Senden
Wenn Sie ein externes Telefon angeschlossen haben, können
Sie Dokumente manuell senden. Bei dieser Methode können
Sie auch mit der Gegenseite sprechen, bevor Sie das
Dokument senden. Dies ist sehr nützlich, wenn die
Gegenstelle dieselbe Leitung für Telefonate und Telefaxe
verwendet.

1. Bereiten Sie das Dokument vor, und legen Sie es in den
automatischen Dokumenteinzug (ADF) ein. Stellen Sie die
Auflösung wie unter “Einlegen des Dokuments” auf Seite
4-5 beschrieben ein.
2. Nehmen Sie den Hörer des Nebenanschlusses ab, und
wählen Sie die Nummer.

3. Wenn sich der Gesprächsteilnehmer meldet, können Sie
ganz normal sprechen. Wenn Sie das Dokument senden
möchten, bitten Sie den Empfänger, an seinem Faxgerät
die Taste START zu drücken, bzw. sein Faxgerät
empfangsbereit zu machen. Drücken Sie die Taste
Start/Kopie an Ihrem T-Fax 362 PC und legen Sie den
Hörer auf.

Stellen Sie sicher, daß Sie die Taste 5 (Start/Kopie) drücken,
bevor Sie auflegen. Andernfalls wird der Anruf unterbrochen.
