Eingabehinweise
Beachten Sie bitte folgende allgemeinen Hinweise, wenn Sie
Informationen in Ihr T-Fax 362 PC speichern:

❏
Bei Eingabepausen von mehr als 60 Sekunden schaltet Ihr
T-Fax 362 PC wieder auf Bereitschaft. Sie müssen dann
alle Eingaben wiederholen.
❏ Wenn das T-Fax 362 PC läutet, während Sie
Informationen eingeben, drücken Sie die 4 (Stop) Taste
und nehmen Sie den Telefonhörer des externen Telefons
ab. Das T-Fax 362 PC speichert automatisch alle
Informationen, die Sie bis zur letzten Betätigung der 5
(Start/Kopie) Taste eingegeben haben.
• Wenn Sie nichts oder einen leisen Signalton hören,
versucht jemand, Ihnen ein Dokument zu senden.
Drücken Sie die 5 (Start/Kopie) Taste.
• Wenn Sie eine Stimme hören, empfangen Sie einen
Telefonanruf.
• Wenn Ihr T-Fax 362 PC auf automatischen Empfang
eingestellt ist, müssen Sie die 4 (Stop) Taste nicht
drücken. Das T-Fax 362 PC wird das Dokument
automatisch empfangen. Siehe “Empfangen von
Dokumenten” auf Seite 3-35.
Eingabe eines Namens
Verwenden Sie die numerischen Tasten, um einen Namen
einzugeben (z.B. Name/Firma). Jeder numerischen Taste ist
eine Zahl und eine Gruppe von Klein- und Großbuchstaben
zugeordnet. Mit Hilfe der folgenden Tabelle können Sie
bestimmen, welche Zahl für welches Zeichen gedrückt
werden muß.
