Senden eines Dokuments an mehr als eine
Gegenstelle ____________________________________
Benutzen Sie diese Sendemethode, wenn Sie ein Dokument an mehr als eine Gegenstelle
senden möchten.
Sie können mit Hilfe der folgenden Wählmethoden an bis zu 31 Gegenstellen senden:
Zielwahl = 10 Gegenstellen
Kurzwahl = 20 Gegenstellen
Manuel (numerische Tasten) = 1 Gegenstelle
Sie können die Ziel- und Kurzwahlnummern der Gegenstellen in beliebiger Reihenfolge
eingeben. Drücken Sie einfach die entsprechende Zielwahltaste, oder drücken Sie
[KURZWAHL], und geben Sie über die numerischen Tasten die jeweilige zweistellige Ziffer ein.
Eine der Rufnummern können Sie auch manuell über die numerischen Tasten eingeben.
Vergessen Sie dabei jedoch nicht, nach Eingabe der Nummer die Taste [START/KOPIE] zu
drücken.
Sie können bis zu 21 A4-Seiten senden (basiert auf dem FAX Standard Brief Nr. 1 in
Standardauflösung).

Legen Sie das Dokument mit der
beschrifteten Seite nach unten in
den automatischen
Dokumenteinzug (ADF) ein.

Kontrast einzustellen, siehe S. 51.

Wählen Sie die Rufnummer(n)
der Gegenstelle(n).
❚ Sie können an bis zu 31
Gegenstellen senden.
❚ Geben Sie einfach die Rufnummern
nacheinander ein. Drücken Sie dafür
die gewünschte Zielwahltaste, oder
drücken Sie die Taste
[KURZWAHL], und geben Sie über
die numerischen Tasten die jeweilige
zweistellige Ziffer ein.
❚ Sie können nur eine Rufnummer
direkt über die numerischen Tasten
eingeben. Vergessen Sie jedoch
nicht, nach Eingabe der Nummer die
Taste [START/KOPIE] zu drücken.
