Bitte machen Sie sich mit den folgenden Symbolen, Ausdrücken und Abkürzungen vertraut,
bevor Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung benutzen. Ein vollständiges Glossar aller Ausdrücke
befindet sich am Ende dieser Anleitung.
• Dokument
Die Originalvorlage(n), die Sie mit Ihrem Telefax senden, empfangen oder kopieren können.
• Menü
Eine Auflistung von bestimmten Einstellungen oder Funktionen, aus der Sie auswählen oder die
Sie verändern können.
• Numerische Tasten
Die runden Tasten des Bedienfelds mit den Ziffern von 0 bis 9 und den Symbolen und #.
• Pfeiltasten
Die Tasten , die zur Auswahl und zum Ändern von Einstellungen und zur Regelung
der Lautsprecherlautstärke dienen.
• STOP-Taste
Drücken Sie , um einen Betriebsvorgang abzubrechen oder ein Menü zu verlassen.
• START/KOPIE-Taste
Drücken Sie , um einen Betriebsvorgang zu starten oder eine Einstellung zu speichern.
• Übertragungs-Nr.
Die Nummer wird automatisch bei jedem Sende- oder Empfangsvorgang vergeben.
Übertragungsnummern sind vierstellige Dezimalzahlen, mit denen Sie empfangene oder
gesendete Dokumente identifizieren können.
• SE/EM-Nr. XXXX
Bezieht sich auf die im LCD angezeigte Übertragungsnummer, wobei XXXX die eigentliche,
vierstellige Übertragungsnummer ist.
•SE
Bedeutet Sendung.
•EM
Bedeutet Empfang.
• HINWEIS
Ein Hinweis beschreibt wichtige Punkte, gibt hilfreiche Tips oder zeigt, wie kleinere
Schwierigkeiten vermieden werden.
