2b Haben Sie die Gruppe unter einer Kurzwahl-
nummer gespeichert, drücken Sie Taste 25
[Kurzwahl/Adresswahl], und geben Sie über
die Zifferntasten 11 die zweistellige Kurzwahl-
nummer ein.
Warten sie ca. 2 Sekunden. Der T-Fax 360
ISDN liest die Vorlage(n) in den Speicher ein
(siehe Abschnitt „Senden aus dem Speicher“,
Seite 97). Durch Drücken der Taste 22 [Start/
Kopie] können Sie diesen Vorgang beschleu-
nigen.
3 Der T-Fax 360 ISDN wählt die erste Rufnum-
mer der Gruppe.
Der Fernkopierer übernimmt automatisch die Anwahl der Gegenstellen und
die Übertragung der Vorlagen. Gegenstellen, die besetzt sind oder keine
Antwort geben, werden in einem neuen Durchgang nochmals angewählt.
Manuelle Wahl
Beim manuellen Wählen legen Sie die Vorlage ein, drücken Sie die Taste
23 [ ] und geben einfach die gewünschte Rufnummer über die Ziffern-
tasten 11 [1 bis 0] ein. Der T-Fax 360 ISDN wählt die Nummer. Haben Sie
die Funktion „Wählton“ eingeschaltet (siehe Seite 43) können Sie nun die
Telefonleitung (Faxsignal, Besetztton etc.) über den Lautsprecher des T-
Fax 360 ISDN abhören. Sobald sich der Fernkopierer der Gegenstelle mit
dem Faxsignal meldet (hoher Pfeifton), drücken Sie die Taste 22 [Start/Ko-
pie]. Der T-Fax 360 ISDN schaltet sich an die Leitung; der weitere Ablauf ist
im Abschnitt „Automatische Wahl mit den Zifferntasten“ auf Seite 87 ab
Schritt 4c beschrieben.
Darüber hinaus können Sie mit dieser Funktion Dokumente aus sprach-
gesteuerten Fax-Informationssystemen abrufen. Wählen Sie die Gegen-
stelle an wie zuvor beschrieben. Wählen Sie dann entsprechend den An-
weisungen des Informationssystems die gewünschten Dokumente aus. So-
bald Sie aufgefordert werden, den Empfang zu starten, drücken Sie die Ta-
ste 22 [Start/Kopie]. Der T-Fax 360 ISDN schaltet sich an die Leitung und
empfängt die Dokumente.
