Xpress - 28 - Tel Sell
Knoflookboter
¼ kopje zachte boter of margarine
1 eetlepel fijngesneden verse knoflook
2 eetlepels Parmezaanse kaas
1 theelepel gedroogde peterselie
Meng alle ingrediënten goed door elkaar.
Knoflook Brood
4 plakjes stokbrood, ongeveer 2 cm dik
1 portie knoflookboter (zie boven)
Besmeer het stokbrood aan een kant met knoflookboter. Leg in ieder compartiment twee
plakjes stokbrood, beide met de beboterde zijde naar buiten.
Bak 4 tot 6 minuten, tot het brood goud bruin is.
4 porties.
Knapperige broodjes
Leg in ieder compartiment 2 kleine of 1 wat groter broodje.
Bak 1 minuut, tot de broodjes knapperig aan de buitenkant, en warm aan de binnenkant zijn.
2 porties.
Aubergine Groente Bootjes
1 witte of paarse aubergine (circa 13 cm lang), in de lengte doormidden gesneden
½ kopje tomatenblokjes uit blik met kruiden of geroosterde knoflook
1 eetlepel gemalen Parmezaanse kaas
¼ theelepel zou, ¼ theelepel peper, ¼ theelepel knoflookpoeder, ¼ theelepel uipoeder
¼ kopje Italiaans gekruide broodkruimels
antiaanbakspray
Schep het binnenste uit de aubergine en snij dit in stukjes. Meng de stukjes aubergine met de
tomatenblokjes, de kaas en de specerijen. Vul de aubergine bootjes met het mengsel en
bestrooi met de broodkruimels. Plaats de aubergine bootjes in de compartimenten. Vet de
bovenste compartimenten in met antiaanbakspray voor u het deksel sluit.
Bak 8 minuten.
