Ingrediënten:
± 350 gr appelschijven (geschild)
2 eetlepels ongezouten boter (op kamertemperatuur)
¼ kop honing
¼ kop allspice kruiden
¼ theelepel kaneel
¼ theelepel nootmuskaat
½ kop amandelschaafsel
Bereiding:
Zet de griddlepan op de basisunit. Doe de boter in de pan en bak 30 seconden. Voeg
de appelschijven toe, evenals de specerijen, het amandelschaafsel en de honing.
Meng alles met een plastic spatel goed door elkaar. Doe de deksel erop en bak
gedurende 5 minuten of tot de appel zacht is.
SUGGESTIES: Vervang de appel door verse perzik of kersen. Heerlijk naast een
bolletje ijs.
De recepten in deze gebruiksaanwijzing zijn geschreven voor een magnetron met een
vermogen van 1100 watt. Pas de bereidingstijden indien nodig aan. Uw magnetron
dient voorzien te zijn van een draaiplateau en moet bovendien de volgende minimale
binnenmaten hebben: 35,5 cm breed, 35,5 cm diep en 20 cm hoog.
