DE Lehnen Sie sich gegen die Rückenlehne und greifen Sie die beiden Griffe
der Widerstandsbänder. Halten Sie den Rücken gerade und die Ellbogen nahe
am Rumpf und ziehen Sie den rechten Griff in Richtung der rechten Schulter.
Wiederholen Sie diese Übung nun mit dem linken Arm (Abb. 15).

your back straight and your elbows close to your torso, pull the right handle
towards your right shoulder. Repeat this exercise with your left arm (Fig. 15).
