Vet & olieopties:
Olijfolie, avocado-olie, macadamia-olie, canola-olie.
Alle plantaardige oliën, vooral canola, walnoot, sojaboon, sesam en zonnebloemolie.
Boter is prima, margarine echter niet.
Deze voedingsgids is slechts bedoeld voor gezonde mensen en kan absoluut niet
gebruikt worden door mensen die aan diabetes lijden.
OPMERKINGEN:
Niet alle oefeningen zijn voor iedereen geschikt en zo kan dit of ieder ander
trainingsprogramma tot letsel leiden. Iedereen die een trainingsprogramma volgt
weet van de risico’s die het doen van de oefeningen met zich meebrengt.
Ontwikkelaars, producers, deelnemende partijen en distributiebedrijven zijn op geen
enkele wijze verantwoordelijk.
Raadpleeg uw arts voordat u met dit of enig ander trainingsprogramma begint.
Instructies en advies kunnen op geen enkele wijze als vervanging dienen voor het

• Geen zware voorwerpen op het apparaat plaatsen.
• Slechts een persoon tegelijkertijd op het apparaat toelaten.
• Maximaal belastbaar gewicht van het apparaat: 112,5 kg.
• Dit apparaat alleen gebruiken waarvoor het bedoeld is.
• Dit apparaat alleen gebruiken in een veilige omgeving, met voldoende vrije
ruimte om zo de kans op letsel of schade aan uzelf, anderen of het apparaat
zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
• Alleen gebruiken op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond.
• Niet gebruiken wanneer onder invloed van alcohol, medicijnen of ingeval van
overmatige vermoeidheid.
