Panini
Plaats de paniniplaten. Leg het brood op de platen.
Sluit het apparaat en laat het brood bakken volgens het recept en uw smaak.
Panini met gerookte zalm
• 4 broodjes • 4 porties smeerkaas • 4 in ringen gesneden witte uitjes
• 4 plakjes gerookte zalm
Snijd de broodjes doormidden. Besmeer ze met de kaas. Voeg de gerookte
zalm en de uiringen toe. Doe de broodjes dicht. Bak ze ongeveer 5 min. en
serveer ze.
Panini met ham
• 4 broodjes • 6 eetlepels boter • 2 theelepels mosterd • 4 plakjes ham
• 4 porties smeerkaas • 2 in plakjes gesneden tomaten • zout, peper
Snijd de broodjes doormidden. Besmeer ze met de boter, de mosterd en de
kaas. Bedek ze met de ham en de tomaat. Doe de broodjes dicht. Bak ze
ongeveer 8 min. en serveer ze
Geroosterde Panini met chocolade
• 4 melkbroodjes • 150 g kwark • 500 g grof geraspte bittere chocolade
• vanille ijs
Snijd de broodjes doormidden. Smeer de kwark op de broodjes en bestrooi ze
met de geraspte chocolade en maak er sandwiches van. Bak ze ongeveer 6
min. en serveer ze met het vanille ijs.
Panini met knoflook en tuinkruiden
• 4 broodjes (rond) • 8 porties Smeerkaas met knoflook en tuinkruiden
Snijd de broodjes doormidden. Besmeer beide helften met een portie kaas.
Bak de broodjes in ongeveer 6 minuten.
Krokante wafels
• 300 g bloem • 10 g bakpoeder • 1 snufje zout • 1 theelepel suiker • 2 eieren
• 40 cl melk
Klop de eieren totdat een schuimige substantie ontstaat. Voeg de andere
ingrediënten toe en klop dit op tot een egaal beslag.
