Plaats de grillplaten (afhankelijk van het model).
Leg het vlees op de platen.
Sluit het apparaat en laat het zolang bakken als geadviseerd in het recept of al naar
gelang uw smaak.
Tijmsteak
Grilltijd : 4 minuten
Per portie : • 1 x 150 g rundersteak • 1/2 eetlepel olie • 1 takje verse tijm
Giet de olie over de steak. Verwijder de blaadjes van de tijm en bedek beide zijden
van de steak ermee. Grill de steak. Serveren met garnituur naar keuze.
Entrecôte Mirabeau
Grilltijd : 8 minuten
Per portie : • circa 350 g entrecôte • 2 zoute ansjovisfilets • 25 g boter • 25 g
groene olijven
Was de ansjovisfilets onder stromend water en verwijder de graat. Grill de steak. Leg
voor het serveren de ansjovis en een klontje boter op de steak met daaromheen de
olijven. Voeg peper toe voor de smaak.
Cordon bleu
Grilltijd : 6 minuten
Per portie : • 1 dikke haaskarbonade • 1/2 plakje gekookte ham • Goudse
kaas • zout • peper
Snij de karbonade voor de helft over de lengte door. Doe de ham en de kaas in de
inkeping. Voeg zout en peper toe. Serveer met een dikke tomatensaus.
