Bruk vaffelplatene (avhengig av modell). Hell over
vaffelblandingen. Sørg for at hele platen er dekket, men uten å
søle ut over sidene.
Stekes i cirka 4 minutter eller i henhold til oppskriften eller
ønsket resultat. Unngå å åpne apparatet under stekingen.
Plasser vaflene på en rist og vent 1 minutt før du spiser dem, det
gjør dem sprøere.
Tradisjonelle vafler
• 300 g hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • salt • 75 g sukker • 100 g smeltet smør • 2 egg
• 5 dl melk
Bland melet og bakepulveret i en bolle. Lag en fordypning og tilsett salt,
sukker, smeltet smør og egg. Visp inn melken litt om litt. La røren hvile
i 1 time. Stek vaflene i henhold til bruksanvisningen over.
Sprø vafler
• 300 g hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • 1 klype salt • 1 ss sukker • 2 egg • 4 dl melk
Visp eggene til de får en skummende konsistens. Bland de tørre
ingrediensene i en bolle. Bland forsiktig inn egg og melk. Visp til røren får
en myk konsistens.
Vafler med øl
• 3,3 dl øl • 250 g hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • 1 ts salt • 75 g sukker • 50 g smeltet
smør • 4 egg • 1 ts sitronsaft
Hell ølet over i et glass/kopp og la det stå i 5 minutter til skummet
forsvinner. Bland mel, bakepulver og salt. Visp egg, øl, smør, sukker og
sitronsaft i en stor bolle i cirka 2 minutter. Tilsett blandingen forsiktig
i melet, en spiseskje om gangen. Visp til røren får en myk konsistens.
Sprø vafler med sjokoladesaus og is
• 250 g hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • 1 klype salt • 2 ts sukker • 75 g smeltet smør
• 2 egg • 2,5 ml melk • 1 glass brandy • vaniljeis • sjokoladesaus
Sikt bakepulveret, la det stå i 15 minutter i et glass sammen med sukkeret.
Bland dette inn i de piskede eggene og smøret. Tilsett melk, mel, brandy
og salt til du får en flytende konsistens. La deigen hvile i 3 timer på et
varmt sted. Stek vaflene i henhold til bruksanvisningen over. Serveres med
2 kuler vaniljeis og sjokoladesaus (kan også serveres med sukker eller
syltetøy).
