Para voltar a colocar a válvula de funcionamento
Coloque a válvula de funcionamento alinhando o 0 com
a marca (G).
Prima a parte central e, em seguida, rode até à posição
desejada.
Antes da cozedura
Antes de cada utilização, retire a válvula (A) (consulte a secção «Utilização
da válvula de funcionamento (A)») e verifique que a conduta da válvula de
funcionamento (B) não está obstruída. Caso seja necessário, limpe a conduta
utilizando um palito - Fig. 9
Coloque a válvula de funcionamento (A) e selecione a posição
ou .
Coloque a panela de pressão sobre uma fonte de calor na potência máxima.
Durante a cozedura
Quando a válvula de funcionamento (A) libertar vapor de forma contínua e
emitir um som contínuo (PSCHHHT), a cozedura começa, diminua a potência
da fonte de calor.
Controle o tempo de cozedura indicado na receita.
Uma vez terminado o tempo de cozedura, desligue a fonte de calor.
O pino de segurança (E) impede que a pressão aumente no interior da
panela de pressão, caso este não esteja totalmente fechado.
Fim da cozedura
Para libertar o vapor
Uma vez desligada a fonte de calor, tem duas possibilidades:
Despressurização lenta: rode a válvula de funcionamento (A) até a posição
. Quando o pino de segurança (E) desce, a panela de pressão deixa de estar sob
pressão.
Se, durante a libertação de vapor, observar projeções anormais, volte a
colocar a válvula de funcionamento (A) na posição de cozedura ou ,
em seguida, faça uma despressurização rápida em água fria.
Se o pino de segurança (E) não descer, abra a água fria do lava-louça e
coloque o fundo da panela de pressão dentro de água até que o pino de
segurança desça.
