Zagrijte pećnicu na 220°C. Na nastavak za rezanje stavite bubanj A i odaberite brzinu 3te
narežite tikvice. Prepecite ih u tavi 10minuta. Stavite sa strane. Rabi nastavak za rezanje
i bubanj D, naribajte sir na brzini 2. Stavite sa strane. Zamijenite nastavak i stavite posudu,
pjenjaču i poklopac te istucite jaja sa vrhnjem. Dodajte sol, papar i muškatni oraščić.
Odaberite brzinu 2i pustite da se miješa 30sekundi. Stavite polovinu tikvica u namašćeni
kalup i posipajte sa naribanim sirom. Dodajte još jedan sloj posipajte sirom i preko toga izlijte
smjesu od jaja, vrhnja, soli, papra i mkatnog oraščića. Pecite u pećnici 25-30minuta na
220°C. Poslužite toplo.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C. Meso sameljite na brzini 4rabi nastavak za sitnije mljevenje.
Samljeveno meso i ostale sastojke stavite u inox posudu, stavite nastavak za miješanje i
miješajte na brzini 1, jednu minutu. Oblikujte od mesa male okruglice i uvaljajte u brašno.
Stavite okruglice na papir za pečenje i stavite u pnicu na 25minuta. Okrenite na polovini
vremena penja.
