eMpanadas Met rundvlees
2 rollen zanddeeg
200 g rundergehakt
3 of 4 verse lente-uien
1 eetlepel paprikapoeder
1 eierdooier
1 eetlepel olijfolie
peper en zout
1 | Hak de lente-ui fijn. Doe de olijfolie
en het vlees in een pan en laat het 8
minuten bakken. Breng het op smaak
met peper en zout en voeg de uitjes
toe. Laat het afkoelen.
2 | Rol het deeg uit en snij er 8 cirkels
met een diameter van ongeveer 9
cm. Garneer ze met het afgekoelde
gehakt en vouw ze dicht tot flapjes.
Roer 1 eetlepel water door de
eierdooier. Bestrijk de empanada’s
met het mengsel.
