Fonduta al cioccolato
Per 6 persone : • 500 g di cioccolato fondente • 2 vasetti di 20 cl di panna
fresca • 2 cucchiai di Cognac (facoltativo) • frutta fresca tagliata a pezzi :
pere, banane, mete, pesche, albicocche, ananas e prugne ecc…
Mettete il termostato sulla posizione 1. Fate sciogliere la panna nella casseruola
per circa 2 minuti. Aggiungete il cioccolato a pezzi, e lasciatelo fondere per circa
10 minuti mescolando fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea. Poi aggiungete il
Cognac.
Lasciate il termostato in posizione 1 durante la degustazione. Immergete 1 o 2
pezzi di frutta nel cioccolato.
Accompagnamenti : brioches, torte, nocciole, mandorle.
Salse a base di maionese
Salsa cocktail : maionese e 3 cucchiai di ketchup, 1 cucchiaio di senape, 1
cucchiaio di whisky o cognac, pepe, succo di limone.
Salsa rose: aggiungete alla maionese 1 cucchiaino di ketchup e di cognac.
Salsa dragoncello : aggiungete alla maionese 6 foglie di dragoncello fresco tritato
finemente.
Salsa all'aglio : aggiungete alla maionese 6 spicchi d’aglio fino a renderla una
salsa morbida.
Salsa vegetariana : aggiungete alla maionese 1 cucchiaino di cipolla tritata,
cetriolini, senape, capperi, erbe fini e prezzemolo.
Salsa rossa : aggiungete alla maionese 1 cucchiaio di concentrato di pomodoro,
2 cucchiaini di paprika, 1 cucchiaio di cipolla tritata.
Salsa tartara : maionese con senape e cipolla tritata.
Salsa paprika : maionese con paprika, pepe,1 cucchiaio di cognac, 1 cucchiaio di
capperi.
