Testo za bel kruh
500 g bele moke za peko kruha 300 g tople vode 2 vre

ki kvasa 10 g soli.
V posodo aparata, ki je opremljena z večnamenskim rezilom, stresite moko, sol in kvas.
Vključite hitrost 2 in v prvih nekaj sekundah skozi cev pokrova dodajte toplo vodo. Takoj ko se testo oblikuje
v kepo (po približno 60 sekundah), ustavite delovanje aparata. Pustite testo na toplem, da vzhaja, dokler
se njegov volumen ne podvoji. Nato testo pregnetite in oblikujte ter ga položite na pekač, namazan z
maslom in potresen z moko. Pustite ga, da znova vzhaja. Segrejte pečico na 240° C. Takoj, ko se volumen
testa podvoji, ga postavite v pečico in znižajte temperaturo na 180° C. Pustite, da se peče 30 do 40 minut.
Istočasno v pečico postavite posodico z vodo, kar pomaga pri oblikovanju skorje na kruhu.
Testo za pico
150 g bele moke za peko kruha 90 ml tople vode 2 jušni žlici olivnega olja 1/2 vre

toplem, da vzhaja, dokler se njegov volumen ne podvoji. Segrejte pečico na 240° C. Razvaljajte testo in
dodajte nadev: paradižnikov pire in čebulo, gobe, šunko, mocarelo, itd. Dodajte po želji nekaj inčunov in
črnih oliv, potresite z malo origana in z naribanim sirom ter pokapljajte z nekaj kapljicami olivnega olja.
Pico položite na pekač, namazan z maslom in potresen z moko. Postavite v pečico za 15 do 20 minut in
spremljajte, kako se peče.
