Jog Forma gebruiken
Het is belangrijk dat u niet te veel voorover of achterover helt, de juiste positie is als
volgt: hoofd omhoog, uw schouders in lijn met uw heupen, de armen ontspannen
en met de ellebogen onder een hoek van 90°, blik recht vooruit op een punt dat
op ongeveer 5-6 m afstand ligt.
De passen moeten regelmatig zijn; benen en voeten moeten parallel blijven op
het midden van de band.
Om te rusten of van het product te stappen zonder de loopband te stoppen of
de functies te wijzigen kunt u op de handgrepen steunen en uw voeten op de
voetensteunen aan de zijkanten plaatsen.
Grijp voor een nooddaling de zijhandgrepen vast, steun hierop en verplaats uw
voeten naar de voetsteunen. Vervolgens stapt u eraf.

Het is verboden achteruit te wandelen of te hardlopen.
Het toestel mag niet door twee personen tegelijk worden gebruikt.
Als u wordt afgeleid door uw omgeving, kunt u uw stabiliteit en
evenwicht verliezen.
