1. Registreer uw product binnen 4 weken
na aankoop – ofwel door de ingevulde
registratiekaart (zie ommezijde) op te
sturen ofwel online op www.technisat.
com.
2. Als tegen alle verwachting uw apparaat
een defect vertoont, neem dan eerst
contact op met uw dealer of met onze
technische hotline onder +49 (0) 3925
9220 1806 (voor telefoongesprekken
vanuit het buitenland gelden de
gebruikelijke tarieven).
3. Als het defect door een gesprek met
de technische hotline niet kan worden
verholpen, vul dan het servicerapport
(zie ommezijde) volledig in en geef een
korte beschrijving van het defect.
4. Geef het defecte apparaat inclusief alle
toebehoren in de originele verpakking
samen met een aankoopbewijs (kopie
van de rekening of kassabon) aan uw
dealer.
Nadat het defect is verholpen,
krijgt u het servicerapport met de
bijbehorende opmerkingen van onze
servicewerkplaats samen met het
gerepareerde apparaat terug.
