DESEMBALAJE DEL APARATO
Saque del cartón el contenido (aparato, recipiente de vapor transparente y tapadera para el recipiente
de vapor). Antes del primer uso debería limpiar el aparato como explicado bajo « Limpieza ».
PUESTA EN MARCHA
Tenga atención que el enchufe no esté conectado y que el interruptor de conexión/ desconexión esté
en posición 0. Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie de trabajo llana y antideslizante.
1. Llene la cubeta de agua hasta la marca MAX con agua.
2. Ponga el recipiente de vapor sobre la cubeta de agua. Aquí debe tener atención con las cuatro
tachuelas de retención: estas deben entrar en los moldes del recipiente de vapor. Ajuste bien el
recipiente de vapor sobre las tachuelas de retención.
3. Meta las salchichas en el recipiente de vapor. No sobrellene el recipiente de vapor, ya que el
aparato no podría funcionar bien y las salchichas no se calentarían.
4. Ponga la tapadera sobre el recipiente de vapor.
5. Introduzca el enchufe en una caja de enchufe de contacto de protección 230 V~50 Hz instalada
por la norma y ponga el interruptor de conexión/desconexión en posición 1. Después de 2
minutos empieza el proceso de cocción.
6. Después de 8 a 10 minutos están las salchichas cocidas.
7. Meta un panecillo en el mandril de sujeción, cortando anticipadamente su extremidad.
¡Atención! ¡El mandril de sujeción está caliente! ¡Peligro de quemaduras!
8. Levante cuidadosamente la tapadera del recipiente de vapor. Saque con ayuda de una pinza o un
tenedor una salchicha del recipiente de vapor.
9. Después de 1 a 2 minutos, quite el panecillo del mandril de sujeción. Meta la salchicha por la
abertura del panecillo.
10. Si usted desea, siga metiendo panecillos en el mandril de sujeción y proceda como anteriormente
indicado.
Después del uso ponga el interruptor de conexión/desconexión otra vez en posición 0 y desconecte el
enchufe. Deje enfriar el aparato unos 20 minutos y límpielo después como indicado bajo el apartado
« Limpieza ».
LIMPIEZA
Antes de cada limpieza desconecte el enchufe de la red y ponga el interruptor de conexión/
desconexión en posición 0.
Deje el aparato, en caso de que se haya utilizado antes, enfriar unos 20 minutos, si no puede
quemarse con las piezas calientes (mandril de sujeción, cubeta de agua y recipiente de vapor).
Limpie el aparato con un paño húmedo.
¡No sumerja el aparato en agua!
Lave el recipiente de vapor y la tapadera en un simple baño jabonoso.
¡No utilice detergentes fuertes!
Después del lavado seque bien el aparato y las demás piezas.
DESCALCIFICACIÓN
La cubeta de agua está equipada con una capa antiadherente. Esta capa evita la descalcificación de la
cubeta de agua. En caso de que después del proceso de cocer hubiera residuos de cal en la cubeta de
